Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse of asparagus, and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes then place into cold water.
  2. Lay out the parma ham and take two inches of the aspagagus and place on the parma ham.
  3. Place a slice of brie on the aspagagus and season with salt and cracked black pepper
  4. Wrap the parma ham tight and place in a pan drizzle with olive oil and put under the grill for 2-3 mins just to slighty melt thre brie.
  5. Place the wraps in a criss cross on the plate and drizzle with balsamic vinegar
