Ingredients:
8 spear(s) asparagus |
balsamic vinagar |
4 slice(s) brie |
olive oil |
4 slice(s) parma ham |
Directions:
1. rinse of asparagus, and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes then place into cold water. 2. lay out the parma ham and take two inches of the aspagagus and place on the parma ham. 3. place a slice of brie on the aspagagus and season with salt and cracked black pepper 4. wrap the parma ham tight and place in a pan drizzle with olive oil and put under the grill for 2-3 mins just to slighty melt thre brie. 5. place the wraps in a criss cross on the plate and drizzle with balsamic vinegar |
