Directions:

  1. Steam asparagus until tender crisp then drain and let cool.
  2. Cut crab into bite size pieces.
  3. Combine asparagus, crab, lettuce mix and cucumber then toss gently.
  4. Combine all dressing ingredients and pour over salad.
  5. Toss to coat evenly then serve immediately.
