ASK Marinated Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 2 bunches broccoli
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp dill weed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups oil

Directions:

  1. Wash and cut broccoli into flowerettes.
  2. Place in shallow dish.
  3. Mix other ingredients and spoon over broccoli.
  4. So all areas are coated.
  5. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight,.
  6. Stirring occasionally.
  7. Drain off marinade and serve.
