Asian pork with noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 8.8 oz soba
  • 1 lb broccoli
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar

Directions:

  1. In slow cooker combine hoisin, soy sauce, cornstarch ginger garlic, sesame oil, cloves and 3/4 cup water. Add the pork and coat cook on low 7 hrs. Cook noodles and add broccoli cooking for a few more minutes. Shred meat and add vinegar. Serv over noodles
