Asian  Pecan Rice Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cuppecan halves, toasted, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. oil

Directions:

  1. MIX rice, shrimp, pecans and onions in large bowl.
  2. BEAT teriyaki sauce and oil with wire whisk until well blended. Add to rice mixture; mix well. Cover.
  3. REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
