Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. First you want to preheat oil in deep pan over medium flame.
  2. The temperature of the oil to be around 350 degrees.
  3. Now you can blend together all ingredients for dressing in a small bowl.
  4. Then put the dressing in refrigerator. Chill.
  5. Now take a small bowl and beat the egg, add milk, and mix well.
  6. Then take another bowl, add and mix the flour with corn flake crumbs, salt and pepper.
  7. Take and cut up the chicken breast into 4 or 5 long strips.
  8. Now dip each strip of chicken first into egg mixture then into the flour mixture, coating each piece completely.
  9. The chicken will need t fry for approx. 5 minutes or until coating has darkened to brown.
  10. Next you can make the salad by tossing the chopped romaine with the chopped red cabbage, Napa cabbage, and carrots.
  11. Sprinkle sliced green onion on top.
  12. Now add the almonds over the salad, then the chow mein noodles.
  13. Add in the chicken into small bite-size chunks.
  14. Put the chicken scattered over the salad.
  15. Serve with salad dressing.
