Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean bok choy and cut into small bite size pieces including leaves.
  2. Heat sesame oil in skillet and add mushrooms and bok choy.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
