Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 can or jar (6 oz.) artichoke hearts, mashed and
  • drained
  • 1 cup. hellmann's mayo
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients and put in small shallow baking
  2. Dish. Bake in 350 degree oven until top is browned.
  3. Serve warm with crackers.
