Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1.Cook rice in a deep pot with the broth & the onion soup.
  2. 2.On a separate pan fry the bacon over medium heat stir to keep it from sticking. Add the bacon & the beer to the cooked rice.
  3. 3.Use a ladle to fold the rice & the bacon so the bottom of the rice lies on top.
  4. 4.Saute the onion & the red pepper in the butter. Place half of the onion, red pepper & sweet peas on top of the rice, fold gently.
  5. 5.Reduce heat to low, cover the rice & cook for 15 minutes.
  6. 6.When rice is cooked, decorate with the othe half of the onion, red pepper & sweet peas.
