Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spoon the yogurt into a strainer lined with cheesecloth.
  2. Place over a bowl and allow to drain for 4 hours.
  3. Transfer to a bowl, cover tightly, and refrigerate until needed.
  4. In a 2-quart saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients.
  5. Simmer over medium heat for about 30 mins, or until the fruits are very soft.
  6. Remove and discard the spices.
  7. Divide the fruits among dessert dishes and top with spoonfuls of the yogurt.
  8. Serves 6.
