Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine figs, apricots and pecans in a blender or food processor.
  2. Process until finely chopped.
  3. Spread coconut onto a plate.
  4. Roll mixture into balls (it will be sticky) and roll in coconut.
  5. Place balls on wax paper and freeze overnight.
  6. EAT!
