Apricot BBQ Glazed Shrimp

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients and set aside.
  3. Wrap 1 piece of the bacon around 1 shrimp and 1 water chestnut slice and secure with a wooden toothpick. Repeat until all the bacon, shrimp and chestnuts are wrapped.
  4. Spray broiler rack with non stick spray. Arrange shrimp on broiler rack.
  5. Brush or spoon sauce evenly over each and broil 2 minutes, turn. Baste and broil 2 minutes more; turn again. Baste and broil 1 minute more, or until edges of bacon are beginning to brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
