Applesauce Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk ( fat free
  • 3/4 cup regular oats
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Pour milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat
  2. Add oats and cook 8 minutes
  3. Add applesauce, brown sugar, vanilla and cinnamon
  4. Cook 2 minutes and serve
