  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 spring form pan.
  2. In med bowl wisk together flour and bakingpowder
  3. In large bowl mix oil,sugar,egg, vanilla extract
  4. Stir flour mix into oil mix ; then flod in apples, raisins and nuts until no pockets of flour remain
  5. Bake 45 min.
  6. Cool cake completely before removing pan
