Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 applecranberry tea bags
  • 1 cup of raisins
  • 1 cup of baby carrots cut in sticks

Directions:

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add tea bags and steep for 2 mins.
  2. Add rice, bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for 20 mins.
  3. Let rice cool then add cinnamon sugar to taste.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and garnish with cinnamon
