Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix 1/2 c brown sugar.
  3. And 1 Tbsp flour.
  4. Add the sliced apples, and frozen raspberries; toss to coat.
  5. Transfer to a greased 8x8-inch nonstick square baking pan.
  6. In a medium bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, salt, 1/2 c. brown sugar and remaining 1/2 c. flour.
  7. Add melted butter; stir until crumbly.
  8. Sprinkle oat topping evenly over fruit filling.
  9. Bake 55 minutes.
  10. Cool 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  11. Serve crisp warm (at room temp.).
  12. Serve with vanilla ice cream, or whipped cream.
