Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Form 2 pie crusts over a pizza pan
  2. Peel and slice apples
  3. Mix the apples with the sugar and the cinnamon.
  4. Arrange the apples over the crust. They should be piled fairly high.
  5. Mix the butter and the flour together. Put this topping over the apples.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples and crust are cooked.
