Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Cover pie crust with aluminum foil and bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Remove foil and cook additional 3 minutes.
  4. Remove and set aside.
  5. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees.
  6. Mix eggs, applesauce, yogurt, sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, oats and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  7. Peel, core and slice aplles.
  8. Add in bread and apples and mix.
  9. Set aside.
  10. In a different mixing bowl, mix 1/4 cup brown sugar and flour together.
  11. Cut in butter and mix well until resembles coarse crumbs.
  12. Stir in nuts.
  13. Pour apple mixture into the pie crust.
  14. Top with flour mixture.
  15. Cover edge of pie crust with a foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  16. Remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until goden.
