Apple Curry with O Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup curry
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Saute Chicken
  2. Add onions
  3. Chop add everything else
  4. Cook on stove 1 hour
  5. Cook in oven 1 hour at 300
