Easy Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp cold milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Pastry shell.
  2. Combine first 3 ingredients.
  3. Blend together next 2 ingredients and stir into flour mixture. Mix well.
  4. Pat into 9 pie pan.
  5. Filling.
  6. Combine first 4 ingredients, toss with apples.
  7. Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
  8. Streusel.
  9. Mix streusel ingredients with fingers until crumbly sprinkle over top of pie.
  10. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
