Apple Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1-3/4 cups apple pie filling

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.
  2. Pour into crust. Top with pie filling; sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Yield: 6-8 servings.
