Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the 1st 5 ingredients until well mixed. (use your hands. I have broken too many spoons on this).
  2. Shape into 1 inch balls
  3. Roll in Cinnamon.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. Options I have tried.
  6. Omit cinnamon and dip in melted dark chocolate.
  7. Omit cinnamon add 1/2 C chopped dried apricots and dip in melted white chocolate.
