Apple Cinnamon Roll Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp shortening
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients together to make the dough.
  2. Roll out in an oblong strip.
  3. Spread with apples.
  4. Roll up and slice into rolls.
  5. Make syrup by mixing 1-1/2 cup sugar, boiling water and cinnamon.
  6. Put syrup in pan, lay dough slices over.
  7. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
