Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, toss together the apple, bell pepper, lemon zest, lemon juice, tea, onions, chile, cilantro, salt and black pepper. Taste for seasoning and adjust with more chile, salt or black pepper. Let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Make ahead: The salsa can be kept, covered and refrigerated for up to 4 hours. Allow it to come to room temperature before serving.
