Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups wesson oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat together all ingredients.
  2. Pour into 2 square 8 x 8 pans, or 1 9 x 13 pan (spray pans with cooking spray first).
  3. Bake 1/2 hour at 350, then turn oven down to 325 and bake for another half hour.
