Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to moderate (180C)
  2. Chop rhubarb and apples and add to sugar and water in saucepan, cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until soft.
  3. Melt butter, add dry ingredients and mix until even.
  4. Lay stewed fruit in a cassarole dish and cover with oat crumble mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with cream or ice-cream
