Ingredients:

  • 1 tbspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 tbspoons butter or vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp fermented baby shrimps (bagoong alamang) or
  • 1/2 tsp salt (use only if fermented shrimp is not available
  • 1 piece. regular hotdog or 2 slices of ham (cut into very small cubes)
  • 1 medium beaten egg (optional)

Directions:

  1. Heat butter or oil in frying pan over medium heat
  2. Add chopped garlic and onion in heated butter or oil, stir until slightly brown (if using butter, be sure not to burn butter)
  3. Add in mixed veggies, hotdog or ham pieces, stir fry 1 min.
  4. Add left over rice and stir fry for about 2 mins.
  5. Add fermented shrimp (salt if fermented shrimp is not available),
  6. Continue stirring until all ingredients are well mixed
  7. Add beaten egg to fried rice and cook for 1 min. (egg, optional)
  8. Place slices of luncheon meat on top before serving if desired
  9. Best serve when hot, serves 4
