Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare tortellini according to package directions; drain & cool.
  2. Place tortellini, artichoke hearts, olives & pepperoni slices on skewers.
  3. Place skewers in 9x13 dish & drizzle with italian dressing, turning skewers to coat.
  4. Cover & chill 8 hours turning occasionally.
  5. To serve: remove skewers from dressing; add cheese cubes & tomato halves.
