Ingredients:

  • 1 dash salt , to taste
  • 1 dash garlic salt , to taste
  • 1 dash garlic, minced , to taste
  • 1 dash soy sauce , to taste
  • 1 large egg , may need a second to get texure right

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients to taste. It should be the texture of meatloaf. Using tip above, cook a bit and then adjust for flavor.
  2. Place teaspoonful on the wonton wrapper and roll according to package directions.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. This mixture may also be used to fill wontons for soup.
