Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs chicken pieces
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Dip chicken pieces into the slightly beaten eggs, mixed with milk.
  2. Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, paprika, pepper, nuts and sesame seeds
  3. Dredge chicken pieces into above mixture.
  4. Melt butter in shallow baking pan.
  5. Put coated chicken pieces in pan, turnng to butter on both sides.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, turning over and baking for another 30 minutes or until tender.
