Ingredients:

  • 3 cups adzuki beans
  • 2/3 cup jaggery
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and simmer until the jaggery is dissolved.
  2. Serve with pancakes or plain as a pudding.
