Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook the beef until no longer pink; drain.
  2. Add water, barbecue sauce, mustard, onion and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil; stir in the rice.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with pickles and bacon.
