Angel Hair With Chicken and Lemon

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly dust the chicken pieces in flour.
  2. Fry the chicken with a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, until lightly browned.
  3. When chicken is nearly done, add garlic to pan and fry until both are suitably browned.
  4. Cook the pasta until it's al dente or to your liking.
  5. Drain the pasta, add chicken and garlic, and then toss it all thoroughly with the butter, lemon juice, garlic powder and herbs.
  6. Serve with a side of garlic toast and a green salad.
