Angel Hair with Garlic Spinach and White Beans

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, spray with cooking spray, toss, set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in large non-stick saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic, cook until lightly browned (3-4 minutes).
  4. Add spinach and beans, cook 3 minutes.
  5. Add broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, simmer 3 minutes.
  7. Add cooked pasta, cook 2 more minutes, stirring often.
  8. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
