Ingredients:

  • 8 anchovy fillets
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1 (4 oz) can pimientos

Directions:

  1. Set cream cheese at room temperature to soften.
  2. Cut anchovies into tiny bits.
  3. Cut pimientos into tiny bits.
  4. In a bowl blend all ingredients well
  5. Serve with unsalted crackers!
