Directions:

  1. Put first 4 ingredients in crockpot. Add chicken broth to cover. Cook on low for 5 - 6 hours. About 30 minutes before serving time, remove chicken and shread it. Put back in crocpot and top with biscuits, torn into pieces. Cook on low until biscuits are done. Need to figure out what herbs would be good in this!
