Amber Glazed Turkey Wings & Legs

Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 lbs turkey parts
  • 2 -3 cups water
  • 1 (8 oz) jar apricot preserves
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Place turkey in a large pot with water.
  2. Cook about 1-1/2 hours.
  3. Refrigerate till ready to use.
  4. Combine glaze ingredients.
  5. Preheat grill.
  6. Cook turkey 20-30 minutes basting with glaze.
  7. 4 servings.
