Ingredients:

  • 3 slices bacon
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Grill bacon; cool, then chop up.
  2. Put butter, flour and eggs in bowl and mix until thick and smooth. Do not overmix.
  3. Stir in milk, onion, salt, pepper and bacon.
  4. Pour all into a greased 25cm pie dish.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  6. Bake 40 minutes at 180°C until puffy and golden.
