  1. Preheat oven to 200.
  2. Coat medium size baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Mix oats, egg whites, and milk togther in a large mixing bowl. Add 6 scoops of your favorite protein powder and mix thoroughly. Add dates, flax seeds, and peanut butter then mix well. Add salt, cinnamon, and cardamom and mix thyoroughly.
  4. Pour the batter into baking pan and cook for 30-60 minutes or until you reach the desired moisture level.
  5. Remove from oven and place in refrigerator to cool. Cut into 9 equally sized bars.
