Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium glass bowl melt chocolate, with Irish Cream, slowly(20 seconds at a time) in microwave or over double broiler. If the chocolate gets kind of thick and seizing, like, try not to panic, just make sure to stir in the cream well. As long as it's not grainy, and it's fully incorporated, it will mix in fine with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Add melted chocolate and mix well until uniform color.
  4. Carefully fold in whipped cream until all incorporated and uniform color.
  5. Spoon into crust and chill at least 4 hours.
  6. (top with chocolate curls or shaved chocolate and a dab more whipped cream, if desired)
