Amaretto Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 (6 1/4 oz) can frozen orange juice
  • 1 cup amaretto

Directions:

  1. Mix juice with 1/2 can water.
  2. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika (I added a little garlic powder).
  3. Coat chicken.
  4. Heat oil and butter in skillet and saute chicken until browned.
  5. Place in casserole.
  6. To skillet, add mustard, juice and amaretto. Boil, stirring constantly, till thickened.
  7. Pour over chicken.
  8. Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes at 350.
