Directions:

  1. Beat together all ingredients except the cheese.
  2. Grease a deep pie dish or an 9×9 baking dish and put in around 3 cups of your desired filling, You can use whatever you like for filling. Amanda offers nice suggestions at /2011/04/10/sourdough-impossible-pie/.
  3. Top with the sourdough mixture.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until set. Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
