Ingredients:

  • 1 -2 tbsp unflavored whole chickpeas (otherwise known as garbanzo beans, from the can, drained)
  • 1 -2 tbsp choice fruit jelly ( grape , blackberry suggested (avoid tarter fruits)

Directions:

  1. Ingredient proportions are per slice of bread, or half of a sandwich (folded slice of bread).
  2. -Spread choice fruit preserve as would for PB&J on bread slice.
  3. -Add chickpeas (still whole), folding bread in a taco-like way to contain them.
  4. -Consume.
