Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In heavy saucepan combine sugar, milk, corn syrup and salt.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Cook without stirring to soft ball stage the remove from heat and add butter.
  4. Do not stir.
  5. Cool without stirring.
  6. Add vanilla and almond extract.
  7. Beat vigorously until fudge stiffens and begins to lose its gloss.
  8. Quickly stir in almonds.
  9. Pour into buttered square pan.
  10. Cool completely and cut into squares.
