Ingredients:

  • 1 cup
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1/6 cup flour
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup
  • 1/4 cup
  • 2 oz
  • 3 tbsp

Directions:

  1. Mash grapes; heat for 3 minutes beforehand in 1/8 cup water. Mix All-Bran, flour, grapes, honey, soymilk and yogurt until well-combined. Add in egg whites [or Egg Beaters]. Spread into baking dish and sprinkle on Splenda. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until firm.
