Rhubarb Meringue Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 cups cut rhubarb
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press into 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Pour filling onto hot crust. Bake 30 minutes.
  3. Beat meringue until foamy. Gradually add sugar. Beat until stiff and bake 30 minutes.
