Aji Baked Tofu With Black Sesame Seeds

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Slice up tofu into half-inch thick slices.
  3. Place in baking dish.
  4. Coat lightly with sesame oil and soy sauce, mixing up a bit to make sure all slices are evenly coated.
  5. Place in oven on middle rack.
  6. Turn tofu slices every 10 minutes until both sides are evenly browned.
  7. Meanwhile, toast black sesame seeds in a sautee pan over medium-high
  8. Heat until they are starting to become fragrant, lighter in color and pop a bit.
  9. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over tofu and anything you've piled the tofu on top of.
