Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 cups water , lukewarm
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 4 tsp yeast
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. Mix all te ingrediants until you have a nice, shiny dough. You might need to add a little more water or flour.
  2. Take small amounts of it, kneat and form letters (or ornaments etc.).
  3. Place on baking tray and bake at 300° until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
