  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup of onions
  • 1/4 cup of romaine lettuce
  • 2 tbsp of hummus
  • 2 slices of tomato

Directions:

  1. Spread hummus on roll.
  2. Top with all other ingredients.
  3. Enjoy!
